Siam Piwat Group has reaffirmed its leadership status in creating world-class experiential destinations by earning over 20 prestigious awards from prominent Thai and international media and institutions since the beginning of 2025. This achievement builds upon a successful 2024, bringing the total to more than 100 first-place and top global awards to date.

The group is recognized as a leader in Thailand's retail and real estate industries, contributing significantly to the country's economic and social landscape through its innovative projects, which have garnered international acclaim as landmark destinations.

Among the notable accolades awarded in 2025 are the Social Empowerment Award and the Project Development and Sustainability: Social Empowerment Award from the Asia Responsible Enterprise Awards.

Additionally, Siam Piwat was named Developer of the Year in Thailand at the Real Estate Asia Awards and was recognized as one of the 55 Most Attractive Companies in 2025 according to QMAC 2025, compiled by QGEN Consultant.

Siam Paragon, one of the group's flagship projects, continues to attract global visitors as a premier lifestyle destination.

In 2025, it received the Brand Impact Award and achieved the highest vote as the most trusted brand in the Modern Trade Channel category from the Thailand’s Most Admired Brand survey conducted by BrandAge Magazine.

It was also acknowledged as Thailand’s Most Admired Company for 2024-2025 in the Innovation and Excellence Service category for shopping centres.

Siam Center, recognized as a creative hub within Bangkok, serves as a significant platform for emerging Thai designers.

It received the Travelers’ Choice Award 2024 from TripAdvisor, highlighting its popularity among visitors.

ICONSIAM, celebrated for harmonizing Thai heritage with modern innovation, garnered several accolades, including the award for Best Luxury Shopping Mall from the Luxury Lifestyle Awards 2024 and recognition as one of the World’s Most Luxurious Shopping Malls of 2024. It also won the Mixed-Use Development of the Year award in Thailand at the Real Estate Asia Awards and was honored with the Iconic Thai Brand Award from Tatler Best of Asia.
