Unique Online Ceremony Gains Over 6 Million TikTok Views
Phatsuda 'Noon' Prabnguluem, 27, from Buri Ram, Thailand, and Jirawat Pinitnoi, 22, from Nakhon Ratchasima, have captivated netizens with their online engagement ceremony.
The couple had known each other in person for just one week but continued daily chats and video calls when Jirawat relocated to Taiwan for work.
Impressed with his dedication, Phatsuda accepted his proposal.
On October 30, Jirawat's parents traveled to Phatsuda's home, presenting a dowry of 30,000 baht and a one-baht gold necklace.
Despite Jirawat attending virtually from Taiwan, the ceremony was heartwarming and attended by family.
The couple, who share a love for farming, plan to marry next year upon Jirawat's return.
The video of their unique engagement, posted on the TikTok account 'Noon, Daughter of a Farmer,' quickly went viral, garnering over 6 million views.
