Thai Foreign Minister to Seek Clarification from Chinese Envoy

Thailand’s Foreign Minister Sihasak Phuangketkeow has announced plans to question the Chinese ambassador regarding reports of Chinese arms transfers to Cambodia. He said weapons sales between countries are not unusual, but stressed they must never be used to fuel regional conflict or undermine security.
