ThaiBev Announces THB18 Billion Expansion Plan for 2025

Thai Beverage has announced a THB18 billion expansion plan for 2025, focusing on beverages, dairy, food, and sustainability. CEO Thapana Sirivadhanabhakdi introduced the strategy as part of the 'Sustainable Growth to Passion 2030' initiative. Key highlights include allocating THB9.5 billion for non-alcoholic drinks, a new beer factory in Cambodia, and expanding the food business, alongside focusing on maintaining market leadership and embracing digital innovation.
Thai Beverage (ThaiBev), a leading food and beverage company, has unveiled a THB18 billion expansion plan to be carried out by 2025, focusing on both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, dairy products, food, and sustainability initiatives.

As outlined by CEO Thapana Sirivadhanabhakdi at a press briefing in Bangkok, the strategy is part of the 'Sustainable Growth to Passion 2030' initiative, aiming at enhancing consumer reach and embracing digital transformation.

The plan involves increasing the investment from THB7-8 billion to THB18 billion by next year, as stated by Prapakon Thongtheppairot, president of the spirits business.

It includes a THB9.5 billion allocation for non-alcoholic drinks, featuring an 8-billion-baht Agri Valley Farm project in Malaysia for dairy production.

An additional THB3 billion is earmarked for a new beer factory in Cambodia, with a THB2.5 billion investment in spirits.

The food business is set to expand with a THB1 billion budget, while sustainability efforts will see a THB2 billion investment.

ThaiBev aims to maintain its leadership in the beer market through innovative products like Chang Cold Brew and Federbräu, as stated by Songwit Sritham, chief executive of beer business (Thailand).

Kosit Suksingha, head of non-alcoholic beverages (Thailand), anticipates double-digit annual growth from the dairy sector following investment in Agri Valley Farm, with plans to launch health products under 'F&N Nutriwell' and introduce Oishi green tea and Tea Pot milk brands in Cambodia.

Sopon Racharaksa, the chief of food business (Thailand), announced plans to open 69 new restaurant branches in 2025 and bring 16 popular restaurants to the One Bangkok project, with a total investment of THB1.3 billion.
