AIS Expands Content Offerings with Max Partnership
Thailand's Leading Telecom Joins Forces with Warner Bros Discovery
Advanced Info Service (AIS) has enhanced its content portfolio by partnering with MAX, a global streaming platform from Warner Bros Discovery, to offer exclusive streaming services to home and mobile users in Thailand.
AIS aims to establish itself as Thailand's largest entertainment hub, as stated by Rungtip Jarusiripipat, head of AIS PLAY.
The collaboration is expected to boost AIS's business growth, providing access to blockbuster movies, popular series, sports, and variety shows.
The official launch in Thailand is set for November 19, with MAX also debuting in seven other countries across the region.
AIS boasts a strong infrastructure, including a 3BB Fibre3 broadband network covering over 13 million households and a 5G network serving 11 million users.
Special Max subscription packages for AIS customers start at 99 baht per month.
These offerings include different levels of access, such as the Mobile, Standard, and Ultimate packages, supporting various streaming quality and device simultaneously options.
The partnership between AIS and Warner Bros Discovery dates back to 2016, with previous collaborations on HBO channels.
This renewed partnership will further enrich the Thai entertainment landscape.
