ARAYA Unveils Thailand’s First Integrated Industrial-Logistics Innovation Hub
‘ARAYA – The Eastern Gateway’ launched in Samut Prakan to create a connected industrial-tech and logistics ecosystem, drawing high-value global investment
Thailand has launched a landmark industrial and logistics hub — ARAYA – The Eastern Gateway — envisioned as the country’s first fully integrated industrial-tech ecosystem designed to attract high-value investment and accelerate economic diversification.
The development, led by ARAYA Land Development Company Limited — a joint venture between Frasers Property (Thailand), Rojana Industrial Park and Asia Industrial Estate — spans approximately 4,600 rai (around 736 hectares) at kilometre 32 on Bang Na-Trat Road in Samut Prakan Province, strategically near Bangkok’s major transport arteries and global gateways such as Suvarnabhumi Airport, Laem Chabang Port and the Eastern Economic Corridor.
The project’s first phase prioritises industrial and logistics infrastructure, with facilities tailored for advanced manufacturing, logistic operations and technology firms, creating a foundation for an interconnected ecosystem that blends industrial production, distribution and innovation under one framework.
Project executives say the hub will support tenants across priority sectors including semiconductors, electronics, electric vehicles, data centres, pharmaceuticals and logistics services, aligning with Thailand’s broader industrial strategy and efforts to enhance competitiveness within Southeast Asia’s evolving supply chains.
The hub’s design integrates not only production and logistics parks but also lifestyle, residential and community zones to foster a work-live-play environment for talent and executives.
Thailand’s Industrial Estate Authority has designated parts of the development under its jurisdiction and is working with ARAYA to incorporate eco-industrial principles and built-in infrastructure solutions such as renewable energy systems, advanced digital networks and reliable utility grids to support long-term operations.
Officials and developers alike view ARAYA as a catalyst for sustainable economic growth, bolstering Thailand’s position as a regional centre for technology-driven industry and logistics and further enhancing the country’s appeal to international investors seeking a strategic base in Asia.
