With 80% of the initial phase sold, mostly to foreigners, it signifies the property market surge. The uniqueness of the project, according to Ravi Chandran of Gardens of Eden, lies in being one of the few remaining beachfront properties with an emphasis on open space.
Bill Barnett from C9 HotelWorks observes Phuket's lifestyle allure and growing expat community, illustrated by the projected increase from 13 to 21 international schools within four years. The project, designed by Martin Palleros, incorporates extensive greenery, including over 1,000 native trees and various eco-friendly features, aiming to address the health effects of urban living and pave the way for sustainable urban design.
