Central Retail Corporation will acquire AEON Thailand’s portfolio of thirty MaxValu supermarkets in a cash transaction worth eight hundred and ninety million baht, adding more than nine hundred thousand customers and valuable commercial property as the locations are converted to the Tops supermarket brand.
