According to Worachat Luxkanalode, the country head, revenue has seen double-digit growth over the past year.
The new initiatives include the Family Account feature for shared rides and payment, and the Food Locker for flexible food delivery at specific buildings in Bangkok.
Additionally, AI-generated food images are helping merchant partners increase sales, and proprietary data science models are providing credit to merchants with low non-performing loan rates.
