Ohkajhu Operator Announces IPO to Expand Healthy Organic Business
Pluk Phak Praw Rak Mae Co, operator of Ohkajhu organic restaurants, is set to sell 159 million shares in an initial public offering, raising approximately one point zero six billion baht. The IPO funds will expand their business starting October 4. The company plans to grow from 30 to 67 branches by 2028, while developing new brands and increasing organic production.
Pluk Phak Praw Rak Mae Co, operator of Ohkajhu organic restaurants, is set to sell 159 million shares in an initial public offering (IPO), raising approximately one point zero six billion baht.
The IPO aims to fund the expansion of their food and beverage business.
Share purchases can be booked between September 2-25 at six point seven baht per share, with trading commencing on October 4.
Co-founder and CEO Chalakorn Eakchaipatanakul plans to leverage the investment for developing farms, factories, and machinery to introduce new health-focused products.
The company, initially established in Chiang Mai by Chalakorn and partners Jirayuth Puwapoonpol and Woradet Suchaibunsiri, now operates 30 branches and aims to expand to 67 branches by 2028.
The company also plans to grow their brands Ohkajhu Wrap and Roll, and Oh! Juice, significantly.
