This investment will be managed by SCX Corporation and includes developing 700,000 square meters of rental warehouses and two hotel properties in Bangkok and Pattaya. Additionally, the company will renovate six office towers with a combined lettable area of 120,000 square meters.

Joint ventures with Tokyo Tatemono will enhance these projects.
Additionally, SCX will develop two hotel properties, Kromo, Curio Collection by Hilton in Bangkok and The Standard Pattaya Jomtien, in partnership with Daiwa House Industry and Syntec Construction, respectively.
