The 21st ASEAN Chiefs of Defence Forces Meeting (ACDFM) concluded in Vientiane, Laos, with discussions centered on regional security and defence cooperation. The meeting, chaired by Lt. Gen. Khamlieng Outhakaysone, focused on enhancing mutual trust, capabilities, and preparedness among ASEAN nations. The Chiefs adopted a two-year work plan and signed a joint statement, reaffirming their commitment to collaboration. The chairmanship of the next meeting was handed over to Malaysia, which will host in 2025.
