Thai Transportation Minister Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn has announced plans to develop a major commercial and economic hub surrounding the Krung Thep Aphiwat Central Station in Bangkok while upgrading national water and air transport networks to attract commercial real estate investment and streamline capital region logistics.
