Thailand Announces Permanent Opening of M6 Motorway and Major Infrastructure Upgrades to Ease Regional Logistics

The Thai government has scheduled the permanent opening of the M6 motorway linking Bang Pa-in to Nakhon Ratchasima for December twenty-fifth, 2026, alongside plans to widen sections of Phetkasem Road and accelerate double-track railway construction nationwide to reduce cross-regional freight costs and improve commercial connectivity between Bangkok and northeastern industrial corridors.
