Phase 2 of the project aims to boost capacity to 30 million passengers annually by enhancing existing infrastructure.
Phase 3, commencing in 2025 and expected to be completed by 2028, includes the addition of Terminal 3, covering 140,000 square meters.
This phase will also renovate existing structures and improve operational capabilities to handle up to 50 flights per hour.
The Airports of Thailand (AOT) plans to finalize details and start construction bids by early 2025, with Kerati presiding over the public hearing on May 28.
