RIDDARA Launches Thailand's First All-Electric Pickup Truck

RIDDARA RD6: A Fusion of Modern Design, Performance, and Sustainability
RIDDARA has revealed the RD6, Thailand's inaugural 100% electric pickup truck, marked by its innovative M.A.P (Multiplex Attached Platform) which merges the robustness of pickups with electric vehicle advantages.

With a starting price of 899,000 baht, the RD6 is designed to meet modern family lifestyles, providing comfort and SUV-level luxury.

Ling Shiquan, CEO of RIDDARA New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd., introduced the RD6 at a press conference in Thailand, detailing the launch of RIDDARA under the giant Geely Holding Group, known for brands like Volvo and Polestar.

RIDDARA leverages Geely’s expertise to innovate in the electric pickup truck market.

After securing a 60% market share in China's EV pickup sector by 2023, RIDDARA aims for global outreach, now penetrating the Thai market, one of ASEAN's critical automotive production bases.

The brand emphasizes research and development to merge electric technology with intelligent driving systems, positioning the RD6 as an advanced, environmentally sustainable vehicle.

The RD6 includes a suite of features tailored for modern families, such as rapid 0-100 km/h acceleration in 4.5 seconds, sophisticated comfort features like a 14.6-inch touchscreen with APPLE CARPLAY, and extensive safety systems with 14 ADAS features and a robust body structure.

Variant pricing for the RD6 starts at 899,000 baht for the 2WD 63kWh model, reaching up to 1,299,000 baht for the 4WD 86kWh.

Special promotions include low-interest rates, free home chargers, and comprehensive warranties.

RIDDARA marks its support for the Thai market through RIDDARA Care and nationwide service networks, emphasizing customer-centric services and sustainable growth in the ASEAN automotive sector.
