SCOPE Thonglor: Thailand's First Ultra-Luxury All-Penthouse Development

The completed project features 18 unique penthouse units, designed for exclusive urban living in Bangkok's Sukhumvit-Thonglor area.
SCOPE Co., a real estate developer specializing in high-quality residential projects, has announced the completion of "SCOPE Thonglor," the first and only ultra-luxury ALL-PENTHOUSE condominium in Thailand.

With a total of just 18 units, the development emphasizes privacy and exclusivity, situated in a prime location adjacent to Thonglor BTS, an area renowned for its vibrant lifestyle.

Each penthouse unit features layouts starting at a generous 415 square meters, equating to the size of more than 14 standard 30-square-meter units, and the largest unit boasting an expansive 756.5 square meters.

The design philosophy, encapsulated in the tagline "PRIVACY AT ITS BEST," ensures that residents experience ultimate comfort and seclusion.

Renowned designer Thomas Juul-Hansen, celebrated for his meticulous attention to detail, has conceptualized the entire development.

This marks his first full advisory role in architectural design in Asia, and the project bears his signature style—focused on creating a luxurious experience through thoughtful design and architectural excellence.

SCOPE Thonglor couples high-end design with first-class amenities, including a Wellness Suite, Hot Spring, Yoga and Pilates studio, and even a Piano Room, catering to a discerning clientele.

The range of services on offer reflects the project's dedication to unparalleled living standards.

Residents can benefit from a first-class Penthouse Assistant, In-House Blow-Dry Service, and In-House Cook, setting a new benchmark in luxury lifestyle experiences.

The 32-story development is constructed on approximately one rai of land, featuring a total project value of over 3.65 billion THB.

Each floor houses only one penthouse unit, ensuring an exclusive atmosphere.

The building is designed to include 107 parking spaces, and services are tailored to enhance daily living, comprising a housekeeping service three times a week, alongside various specialized lifestyle options.

The interiors of SCOPE Thonglor incorporate exquisite materials and furnishings sourced from global top-tier brands.

The project features a host of luxury fittings, including kitchen brands like Siematic and Sub-Zero, with a furnishing value exceeding 41.5 million THB.

Mindful of environmental concerns, the project integrates state-of-the-art air purification systems, including Plasma filters to mitigate airborne particles such as PM 2.5. Double-glazed insulated Low-E windows with a thickness of 33 millimeters contribute to energy efficiency while ensuring quiet and comfort within each residence.

Amenities also include a fitness center equipped with top-of-the-line Technogym apparatus, a spa with a Thermal Suite, a marble swimming pool, and a relaxation lounge on the 32nd floor.

These facilities are designed to offer privacy and tranquility, with scheduling managed through an exclusive service platform.

The introduction of SCOPE Thonglor to the Thai real estate market signifies a pivotal advancement in the luxury living segment, strategically located in an economically vibrant region experiencing steady growth rates of 5-10% annually.

The development aims to redefine urban living through exceptional service and unparalleled design, targeting affluent buyers seeking an elite lifestyle experience.
