Thailand Gives Interior Ministry Expanded Power to Deport Foreigners Who Violate Laws or Disrupt Public Order
A new Prime Ministerial regulation taking effect today gives the Ministry of Interior greater authority to accelerate the deportation of foreign nationals involved in illegal activities, transnational crime or disturbances, creating a stricter enforcement environment for Thailand’s international communities.
