Thailand Hosts JOB EXPO THAILAND 2026 with Over Half a Million Vacancies and Major Employer Participation
Labour Ministry convenes more than 200 leading firms to help Thai workers access jobs, skills training and career guidance at Bangkok’s largest employment fair
Thailand’s Ministry of Labour has launched the much-anticipated JOB EXPO THAILAND 2026, a national employment fair featuring more than five hundred thousand job vacancies and tailored to connect workers of all ages and backgrounds with opportunities across sectors.
The three-day event, held from January 16 to 18 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center in Bangkok, brought together jobseekers, employers, industry groups and career counsellors under the theme “Jobs for Every Role, Every Lifestyle,” reinforcing the government’s commitment to inclusive employment.
Labour Minister Treenuch Thienthong highlighted that while Thailand’s labour force exceeds forty million workers, mismatches between skills and available positions persist amid evolving economic conditions.
She emphasised that JOB EXPO THAILAND 2026 aims to bridge gaps between jobseekers and employers, enabling participants to engage directly with recruiters, explore domestic and overseas roles, and access career guidance and vocational training.
Over two hundred major employers from diverse industries are participating, offering on-site recruitment, skills development seminars and insights into labour market trends.
The fair features comprehensive support services, including career counselling, workshops on skill enhancement, and zones dedicated to inclusive recruitment for older workers, persons with disabilities and flexible work arrangements.
In addition to traditional employment options, the expo highlights freelance and work-from-home opportunities, franchise business options and specialised career pathways tailored to evolving market demands.
The event’s organisers also provide tools such as online pre-registration and job matching through official Ministry of Labour platforms, enhancing accessibility and convenience for attendees.
The expo’s scale and variety of offerings reflect Thailand’s broader strategy to respond to labour market challenges by promoting skills alignment, workforce mobility and employer engagement.
With a strong focus on inclusivity and practical pathways to employment, JOB EXPO THAILAND 2026 underscores the government’s role in facilitating labour market participation and economic resilience as the nation navigates shifting workforce needs.
