Developers Central Pattana and Ikano Centres have unveiled a long-term 70 billion baht masterplan to reshape eastern Bangkok into a major mixed-use district, anchored by a six billion baht expansion of the Megabangna retail and lifestyle complex integrating residential, commercial and hospitality developments.
