Launched on August 8, the BKK Food Bank has seen generous contributions from individuals and businesses, redistributing 315,741.42 kilograms of food to 67,449 needy residents.
According to Pornphrom Vikitsreth, adviser to the Bangkok governor on sustainability, the project has also significantly reduced the city's carbon footprint by 789,825.79 kgCO2e.
