Organized by UNESCO and the Equitable Education Fund (EEF) Thailand, the event drew around 260 attendees in person, and over 3,000 participants online, including education experts, policymakers, and youth leaders.

Marina Patrier from UNESCO emphasized a whole-of-society approach while Thailand's Deputy Minister of Education, Surasak Phancharoenworakul, highlighted regional collaboration for educational equity.
The inclusion of youth was prioritized, with speakers like Nurhayati Sultan and Nada Binroheem addressing the challenges faced by marginalized communities.
UNICEF's Severine Leonardi outlined five key policy priorities, including student-centered and inclusive digital learning.
