President Chai Eamsiri stated that the 2,000-page filing includes comprehensive business plans and aircraft procurement strategies designed to boost investor confidence.
Talked with creditors have been ongoing, and most support the restructuring efforts.
The plan includes capital increases, maintaining Ebitda of at least 20 billion baht, and forming a new committee if shareholder changes occur.
Shares are expected to resume trading in the second quarter of 2025.
