Thailand Economy Grows 1.9% in Second Quarter as Export Forecast Is Raised to 15.1%

Thailand’s economy expanded faster than expected in the second quarter, prompting the National Economic and Social Development Council to sharply raise its full-year export growth forecast, with strong automotive and food shipments driving the upgrade.
