The Thai Meteorological Department issued its 12th severe weather warning, forecasting heavy to very heavy rainfall, flash floods and mountain runoff in northern, northeastern and central provinces, while strong winds are expected to generate waves of up to three meters in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand.
