Starting March 20, IKEA Bangna will launch a unique menu including the novel Meatball Ice Cream and a variety of Swedish-inspired dishes.
IKEA Thailand is set to launch an innovative Swedish-style menu at its Bangna location, marking a significant addition to its dining offerings.
The new menu will feature a range of creative items, including the standout Meatball Ice Cream, which transforms the iconic IKEA meatball into a dessert experience.
This imaginative dish includes chocolate-flavored ice cream drizzled with chocolate sauce, delivering a unique taste sensation.
In addition to the Meatball Ice Cream, IKEA will introduce seven savory snacks aimed at enhancing the dining experience.
Among these, the multigrain bread served with marinated salmon and mozzarella cheese is highlighted.
The baguette, designed to be both soft and crispy, is complemented by IKEA’s signature smoked salmon and a rich mozzarella filling.
Another item, the soft bun with scrambled eggs and cheese, is garnished with crispy bacon, providing a balanced flavor ideal for breakfast or a casual meal.
IKEA is also expanding its dessert selections with eight new ice cream flavors, including Pistachio Chocolate Chip and Butter Scotch Almond Caramel.
The Pistachio Chocolate Chip flavor is characterized by its creamy texture and nutty notes, while the Butter Scotch Almond and Caramel is noted for its sweet, aromatic profile enhanced by crunchy almond pieces.
The complete lineup of new menu items will be available starting March 20, 2025, at the IKEA Swedish Café and Ice Cream Shop located on the G floor of IKEA Bangna.
According to Britt Geldof, Food Manager at IKEA Bangna, this menu aligns with the store’s goal of offering diverse and healthy options while celebrating the authenticity of Swedish cuisine.
In conjunction with the new offerings, IKEA will also provide additional items, including various bagels, sandwiches, and hot dogs, alongside new ice cream flavors such as Strawberry Lemonade Sorbet, Kyoho Grape Sorbet, and Yogurt with Almonds and Honey.
