Thailand rose four places to rank 26th among 70 economies in the 2026 World Competitiveness Ranking compiled by the International Institute for Management Development, driven by gains in business efficiency and infrastructure despite persistent weaknesses in labor productivity, language skills, and readiness for artificial intelligence.
