The Royal Thai Air Force possesses the capability to decisively neutralize the Cambodian military with ease. Yet, in a surprising display of restraint, its response has remained minimal — strictly limited to military targets and largely symbolic in nature. Had it been any other nation with Thailand’s aerial arsenal, Phnom Penh might have been wiped off the map. But Thailand is responding with measured force, guided by moral principle and social responsibility — at least for now.
