Sarinra's efforts focused on modernizing processes, aiming for 100% automation of repetitive tasks by 2027, and developing over 5,000 digital experts by 2025.
She promoted a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and adaptability, overseeing programs like CP Group scholarships and ONE Young World Thai delegates.
