United States Leads 2025 Global Wealth Rankings, Thailand Places 31st
The United States tops the latest global wealth list with more than 163 trillion US dollars, followed by China and Japan, while Thailand ranks 31st with 1.58 trillion US dollars in household wealth.
The 2025 Global Wealth Rankings list the fifty wealthiest countries in the world based on total household net worth.
The United States holds the top position with a total household wealth of 163.117 trillion US dollars, equivalent to approximately 5,289.8 trillion Thai baht.
China ranks second with 91.082 trillion US dollars, while Japan is third with 21.332 trillion US dollars.
The United Kingdom follows in fourth place with 18.056 trillion US dollars, ahead of Germany at 17.695 trillion US dollars.
India is placed sixth with 16.008 trillion US dollars, followed by France with 15.508 trillion US dollars.
Canada ranks eighth with 11.550 trillion US dollars, South Korea ninth with 11.041 trillion US dollars, and Italy tenth with 10.600 trillion US dollars.
Thailand is ranked thirty-first, recording household wealth of 1.581 trillion US dollars, or about 51.3 trillion Thai baht.
The country’s wealth is underpinned by cultural heritage, natural resources, and its position as a tourism and regional investment hub.
Thailand’s landscape ranges from agricultural regions and UNESCO World Heritage sites such as Sukhothai Historical Park to urban centres like Bangkok and Chiang Mai, along with resort destinations including Phuket and Koh Samui.
The 2025 report identifies a continued concentration of household wealth in leading global economies while reflecting the contributions of cultural, technological, and industrial factors across regions.
