Domestic gold prices adjusted down by 450 baht
The Gold Traders Association reported a significant drop in domestic gold prices on August 11, 2025, adjusting them down by 450 baht across nine revisions throughout the day.
As of the 4:55 PM update, 96.5%-purity gold bars were priced at 51,400 baht for buying and 51,500 baht for selling per baht-weight, while gold ornaments were bought at 50,376.68 baht and sold at 52,300 baht.
This decline reflects a softening in global gold prices, with spot gold trading around 3,356 US dollars per ounce.
