Thailand's Top Companies of 2025 for Young Professionals

Thailand's Top Companies of 2025 for Young Professionals

Google leads the list of Thailand's most desirable employers for the youth in 2025, according to WorkVenture's annual report.
WorkVenture has announced the results of its annual awards for the 50 companies most desired by young professionals in Thailand for 2025. For the second consecutive year, Google has retained the top spot.

The awards, named 'TOP 50 COMPANIES IN THAILAND 2025,' recognize companies across various industries, including information technology, telecommunications, automotive, real estate, banking and finance, energy, and e-commerce.

The rankings are based on a survey of 12,559 individuals aged between 22 and 35, all possessing at least a bachelor's degree, residing in Bangkok and its metropolitan area.

Conducted from October to December 2024, the survey aimed to capture the preferences of young professionals regarding their ideal employers.

Alongside the rankings, WorkVenture highlighted key trends Thai companies need to adopt to attract top talent in a competitive labor market.

These trends include integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors into employer branding strategies, using digital platforms for corporate communication, and clearly defining an Employer Value Proposition (EVP) that resonates with younger workers.

The survey reveals that compensation, including salary and benefits, remains a primary factor for job seekers.

However, career growth opportunities, job security, and work-life balance are also significantly influential when choosing new employers.
