Central Group Launches SHEPOSSIBLE Initiative for Women's Empowerment

In celebration of International Women's Day 2025, Central Department Store and KBank launch a series of activities to uplift women across Thailand.
In observance of International Women’s Day 2025, Central Department Store, a key player in Central Retail, has announced the return of its flagship initiative, SHEPOSSIBLE: WOMEN’S AGENDA.

This year's campaign, themed 'Elevating the Women’s Agenda for a Sustainable Future,' highlights the company's ongoing commitment to women's empowerment through leadership, creativity, and inclusivity.

The initiative, in partnership with KBank, runs from March 5 to March 23, 2025, and features an array of six activities aimed at inspiring and supporting women.

The SHEPOSSIBLE campaign has established itself as a significant platform for promoting gender equality and consists of diverse components:

WOMEN’S AGENDA TALKS: A series of discussions featuring prominent female leaders offering insights into their experiences and industry challenges.

WOMEN’S ART EXHIBITION: An exhibition that showcases artistic expressions symbolizing female strength and empowerment.

MANIFEST YOUR DREAMS: A dedicated space for personal reflection, goal-setting, and motivational support for participants.

Central Beauty Playground: An interactive area highlighting cutting-edge beauty trends from well-known brands.

WOMEN’S ACTIVITIES: Engaging experiences designed to foster self-expression among participants.

WOMEN’S CSR PROGRAM: A charitable initiative that sells exclusive merchandise by actress Freen Sarocha, with all proceeds directed to the Association for the Promotion of the Status of Women, supported by Her Royal Highness Princess Soamsawali Krom Muen Suddhanarinatha.

A focal point of the campaign is the Women’s Agenda Talks, which will be held on March 5, 2025, at Central Chidlom.

This event, co-hosted with KBank and Praew Magazine, will feature discussions on key topics with influential women from various sectors:

LEADERSHIP & INNOVATION: Experts like Natira Boonsri, Chief Executive Officer of Central Department Store Group, and Prae Dumrongmongcolgul, Country Director for Facebook & Instagram Thailand, will provide insights into future leadership models.

SOCIETY & MOTHERHOOD: Content creator Metta Kittisuwan and Patricia Tanchanok Good, who balances professional life with motherhood, will share their experiences.

SPORT & WELLNESS: Acclaimed badminton player Sapsiree Taerattanachai and fitness influencer Inthipon Tamsukhin will discuss resilience in achieving success in their fields.

BEAUTY & FASHION: Industry professionals from SHU Global, Her Hyness, L’Oréal Thailand, and Shiseido Thailand will explore how beauty and fashion contribute to female empowerment.

ART & ENTERTAINMENT: National Artist Patravadi Mejudhon and designer Ploenchan Vinyaratn will discuss the powerful role of art in driving social change.

Natira Boonsri, emphasizing the importance of this initiative, stated that the SHEPOSSIBLE campaign goes beyond inspiration to create actionable opportunities for women.

Central's commitment to empowering women involves providing access to education, job opportunities, and essential resources, particularly aimed at supporting underprivileged women.

The CSR programme, featuring limited-edition merchandise, ensures that purchases contribute to significant social impact.

The SHEPOSSIBLE: WOMEN’S AGENDA campaign invites participation and engagement from women across the nation, with activities available at Central Chidlom and other participating stores.

For continual updates, customers are encouraged to follow Central Department Store on social media or shop online to support the cause.
