The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has announced the approval of seven key projects aimed at stimulating the economy with a projected impact of 200.50 billion baht. These projects were selected from a total of 22 proposals presented to the Cabinet, totaling 9.02 billion baht. TAT Governor Thapanee Kiatphaibool indicated that the initiatives are focused on boosting the tourism sector during the latter half of the year and are expected to create 226,102 jobs while providing a return on investment (ROI) nearly 50 times the initial outlay.
The seven approved projects include:

PUBLIC RELATIONS PLAN TO STIMULATE THE THAI TOURISM INDUSTRY: This initiative has a budget of 120 million baht and aims to focus on high-spending tourists and increasing awareness of ultra-luxury tourism products. The domestic market will also be targeted through the Half-Half Thai Travel project, aiming for outreach to 100 million people.
PUBLIC RELATIONS CAMPAIGN TO STIMULATE TRAVEL AMONG POTENTIAL TOURISTS: This 80 million baht campaign focuses on creating awareness with a target audience of at least 200 million people, while engaging around 5,000 participants in various tourism-related activities.
