The Thai government is considering a twenty-four billion baht electric vehicle support programme to replace up to eighty thousand ageing taxis, tuk-tuks, trucks, and other commercial vehicles, with officials also evaluating broader incentives and low-interest financing for passenger vehicles to accelerate the country's clean transport transition.
