Launch of New First-Class Bus Service from Bangkok Airports to Hua Hin and Pattaya
The state-owned Transport Co. introduces a daily bus service with multiple routes connecting Bangkok’s airports to popular tourist destinations.
On March 8, 2025, the state-run Transport Co. will implement a new first-class bus service connecting Don Mueang and Suvarnabhumi airports to the coastal tourist destinations of Hua Hin and Pattaya.
This initiative aims to enhance transportation options for travelers visiting these popular locations.
According to Managing Director Atthawit Rakchamroon, the service will include four daily round trips from Don Mueang airport to Pattaya, covering a distance of 162 kilometers, with an expected travel time of two-and-a-half hours.
The fare for this route will be set at 155 baht.
In addition, there will be two daily round trips from Don Mueang airport to Hua Hin, which is situated 216 kilometers away.
The journey is anticipated to take three-and-a-half hours, with tickets priced at 200 baht each way.
The service from Suvarnabhumi airport to Pattaya will include four round trips per day, with each trip covering a distance of 127 kilometers and taking approximately two hours.
The fare for this route will be 122 baht.
Tickets for the new bus service will be available for purchase at the passenger terminals of both Don Mueang and Suvarnabhumi airports, facilitating easy access for travelers seeking transportation to these key destinations.
