At a media briefing, Sunghan Jung, President of LG Electronics (Thailand), outlined the company's 2024 plan to leverage AI technology for 'Innovations for a Better Life.' LG aims to capitalize on its extensive customer data from over 700 million products in use worldwide to create tailored products and services.
The initiative, 'Affectionate Intelligence,' includes an AI solution connecting all LG devices through the LG ThinQ app.
The company will also introduce a subscription system for products like air purifiers, washing machines, and refrigerators.
Additionally, LG is expanding into B2B and D2C segments.
