Thailand’s Industrial Park Leader Sets Sights on ASEAN Investments
CEO Jareeporn Jarukornsakul of WHA has unveiled a strategic business plan to leverage the increasing investments in Southeast Asia, especially from China, Taiwan, and the U.S. WHA aims to increase land sales to 2,500 rai this year, signing a major deal with a U.S. firm and expecting to finalize more by October. They target to close deals on 1,000 rai by the end of the year, focusing on the Thailand-Vietnam corridor.
WHA, led by CEO Jareeporn Jarukornsakul, has announced an ambitious business plan to capitalize on the increasing interest of global companies in Southeast Asia.
Jareeporn foresees a 'golden era' for ASEAN in the next one to two years, driven by investments from China, Taiwan, and the United States in sectors such as EV, semiconductor, PCB, and supply chains.
This positive outlook has prompted WHA to increase its land sales target from 2,275 rai (364 hectares) to 2,500 rai for this year.
The company recently signed a deal with a US technology firm for over 400 rai and expects to finalize negotiations for another 600 rai by October.
