Thailand and South Korea to Hold Talks on Combating Scam Networks

Thailand’s Deputy Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul has reaffirmed that the government’s efforts to crack down on scam operations are progressing without obstruction.
During his visit to Laos, Anutin announced plans to hold direct talks with South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol to strengthen cooperation in combating online fraud and other transnational crimes.
Authorities say the discussions will focus on improving intelligence sharing and joint enforcement measures to dismantle criminal networks targeting citizens across the region.
