Impact Muang Thong Thani has experienced a 10% year-on-year (YoY) increase in events organized in the first half of 2024, driven by growth across all types of events including concerts, trade shows, and seminars.
According to Paul Kanjanapas, CEO of IMPACT Exhibition Management Co Ltd, meetings, seminars, and incentive groups have seen the largest growth.
Space bookings for incentive groups surged by 58% YoY, while concerts saw a 40% YoY increase.
The total number of events for 2024 is expected to increase by 14% compared to 2023, with income projected to return to pre-Covid levels.
Major events scheduled for the second half of this year include the National Science and Technology Fair, Summer Sonic Bangkok, and the JJ Lin “JJ20” World Tour among others.
Moving forward, IMPACT Exhibition Management aims to expand aggressively in both domestic and international MICE markets through targeted packages and roadshows in key countries such as China and India.
