FUJIFILM Business Innovation (Thailand) Unveils 2026 Strategy to Lead Digital Transformation and Intelligent Workflows

Company positions itself as a One-Stop Digital Transformation partner with AI-driven solutions to support businesses adapting to future work trends
FUJIFILM Business Innovation (Thailand) Co., Ltd. has announced its strategic direction for fiscal year 2026, reaffirming its commitment to driving digital transformation and strengthening its role as a comprehensive one-stop partner for organisations navigating the future of work.

The strategy, unveiled in Bangkok, emphasises integrated solutions that combine advanced hardware, intelligent software and artificial intelligence technology to support enterprises and small-to-medium enterprises across sectors as they modernise operations and enhance workflow efficiency amid economic volatility and shifting business needs.

The company said that its performance in the previous year demonstrated resilience, maintaining revenue levels and improving operating profit through a diversified portfolio spanning Business Solutions, Office Solutions and Graphic Communications.

FUJIFILM Business Innovation has evolved beyond its traditional role as a printer and document equipment provider to become a trusted long-term partner in digital transformation, helping organisations convert data into actionable insights, streamline operations and reduce dependence on manual processes.

Central to the 2026 strategy is the deployment of proprietary AI technologies embedded across core business segments.

These innovations support intelligent document management, automated decision-making and optimisation of complex workflows, with solutions such as the cloud-based FUJIFILM IWpro platform using generative AI and optical character recognition to convert unstructured data into structured formats that can be integrated with enterprise resource planning and other systems.

This focus on intelligent workflows is designed to empower customers to accelerate digital adoption and unlock operational value while enhancing creativity and productivity.

Executives highlighted the broader context of Thailand’s growing investment in digital infrastructure and the expanding market for digital transformation services and AI, which is expected to support long-term demand for innovative solutions.

The firm also reaffirmed its commitment to sustainability under its Sustainable Value Plan 2030, aiming to reduce carbon dioxide emissions and promote circular economy practices.

Looking forward, FUJIFILM Business Innovation (Thailand) plans to leverage strategic partnerships and continued technological innovation to deliver end-to-end digital solutions that meet the evolving needs of modern businesses and reinforce its position as a leading digital transformation partner in the region.
