Toll Waiver on Three Expressways Set for October 13

On October thirteenth, toll fees will be waived on three major expressways in Thailand to help reduce travel costs and traffic congestion. Chalerm Mahanakhon Expressway, Si Rat Expressway, and Udon Ratthaya Expressway will be toll-free for the day. Users of the Easy Pass system can also register for rewards or upgrade their services.
On October 13, drivers will benefit from toll-free access to three major expressways in Thailand as part of an initiative to reduce travel costs during a long weekend and alleviate traffic congestion.

The affected expressways are: Chalerm Mahanakhon Expressway (Stage 1), which includes 20 checkpoints; Si Rat Expressway (Stage 2) with 31 checkpoints; and the Udon Ratthaya Expressway, spanning from Bang Pa-in to Pak Kret, with 10 checkpoints.

This move aligns with government policy and updated concession agreements between the Expressway Authority of Thailand (EXAT), Bangkok Expressway and Skytrain Public Company Limited (BEM), and North Bangkok Expressway Company Limited (NECL).

Meanwhile, drivers using the Easy Pass system are encouraged to enroll in the EXAT Reward program or upgrade to Easy Pass Plus via www.thaieasypass.com.
