Dusit Ajara Hua Hin: New Ultra-Luxury Development to Launch VIP Pre-Sales

Dusit Ajara Hua Hin: New Ultra-Luxury Development to Launch VIP Pre-Sales

Dusit International announces the launch of its latest ultra-luxury project, Dusit Ajara Hua Hin, with pre-sales for VVIP customers set for April-May 2024.
Dusit International has unveiled its latest ultra-luxury residential project, Dusit Ajara Hua Hin, valued at 2 billion Thai Baht.

Situated in the historically significant and popular tourist destination of Hua Hin, the project aims to cater to the evolving needs of multi-generational living, providing sustainable high-quality living across all age groups.

Supachai Suwansang, CEO of Dusit Thani Public Company Limited, expressed confidence that the project would meet the demands of luxury living.

The development falls under the company’s strategy to enhance its real estate offerings within the ultra-luxury segment, specifically through branded residences.

The Dusit Ajara Hua Hin project represents a continuation of Dusit’s strategic efforts to leverage its expertise in hotel management and hospitality services.

This initiative builds on the success of the forthcoming Dusit Central Park project.

The company plans to capitalize on its land bank, turning undeveloped land into commercial opportunities, in line with its three strategic goals: achieving balance, fostering growth, and diversifying business risks.

The project is also aligned with local government initiatives to develop smart cities.

Scheduled to begin pre-sales for VVIP customers in April-May 2024, the project will subsequently open for VIP booking and general public registration in July 2024. The residential complex will be developed on a 20-rai area adjacent to the existing Dusit Thani Hua Hin hotel.

Designed as a low-rise, low-density development, Dusit Ajara Hua Hin will feature seven buildings consisting of four three-story and three six-story structures.

The total layout will comprise 96 units, including options ranging from one-bedroom units of 70 to 90 square meters, two-bedroom units from 120 to 180 square meters, three-bedroom units at 250 square meters, and penthouses.

Each ground-floor unit will offer private garden spaces measuring between 25 and 35 square meters, along with dedicated parking facilities.

Construction is set to commence in 2026, with completion anticipated by 2028.
