PTT Grants Approval to New Entrant in the Electric Vehicle Battery Assembly Industry PTT has endorsed the entrance of a new entity into the electric vehicle battery assembly market

The company announced to the Stock Exchange of Thailand that its subsidiary, Arun Plus, is setting up A C Energy Solution with a maximum capital of 1.851 billion baht, holding all its shares.
This move, finalized on January 3, reflects PTT Group's strategic investment in renewable energy, with operations expected to launch within the year.

They also plan to form a joint venture to bolster A C Energy Solution's market position by partnering with an expert in the EV battery sector.
