Raimon Land Confirms Earthquake Resistance of All Developments

Raimon Land Confirms Earthquake Resistance of All Developments

Thorough inspections affirm safety standards across residential and commercial properties
Raimon Land Public Company Limited (RML) has reinforced its commitment to the safety of residents following a recent earthquake in the region.

In a swift response, RML initiated comprehensive inspections across all its residential and commercial developments to evaluate potential impacts and ensure the ongoing integrity of its properties.

The company announced that all buildings are structurally sound and remain unaffected by seismic activities.

Initial assessments conducted by RML's on-site engineering teams and structural experts have validated that RML's condominiums and office buildings are in excellent condition.

These properties were designed and constructed in full compliance with the 2007 Seismic Design Code set by Thailand's Ministry of Interior and the standards outlined by the Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning, which are focused on earthquake resistance.

Significantly, the 'OCC' (One City Centre) project – recognized as Thailand's tallest Grade A+ office building – underwent a thorough inspection by an engineering team.

The inspection results confirmed that the structure remains completely secure and sound.

Equipped with advanced seismic design features, the building is constructed to withstand vibrations caused by earthquakes.

It includes design elements that allow for flexibility and a controlled swaying mechanism, effectively mitigating potential damage and reducing the risk of collapse during seismic events.

In response to the recent earthquake, RML has established a dedicated task force consisting of building engineers, structural specialists, and property management teams across all projects.

This team is responsible for meticulous monitoring, inspecting, and managing the situation.

Several immediate measures have been implemented to prioritize safety:

- Holistic Safety Oversight: RML’s engineers and property managers have conducted comprehensive inspections to assess building integrity and provide transparent updates to residents, reinforcing trust and confidence.

- In-Depth Structural Assessment: Experts are evaluating all aspects of each property, including core structures and essential utilities, ensuring that every component continues to support the high living standards that RML promotes.

- Timely Maintenance & Restoration: Should any minor damages be identified, the property’s juristic management will oversee prompt repairs, focusing both on safety and the aesthetic integrity of the properties in order to maintain the quality living experience that residents expect.

The Chairman of the Executive Committee at RML, Mr. Korn Narongdej, emphasized that the safety and well-being of residents and users of their buildings are the highest priorities of the company.

He stated that their teams are acting swiftly and systematically to ensure all properties meet the most stringent safety standards, committing to ongoing monitoring and transparent communication to provide peace of mind to the RML community.

For any assistance or inquiries, residents are encouraged to contact the project’s juristic office, where a dedicated team is available to offer care and professional support.
