Deloitte Launches Amplify Internship Program in Southeast Asia

Deloitte Launches Amplify Internship Program in Southeast Asia

The program aims to enhance career opportunities for young graduates across the region.
Deloitte Thailand has announced the launch of its Amplify internship program, inviting applications for over 100 internship positions in Bangkok.

This initiative seeks to recruit participants from Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore, with a total of up to 1,000 interns selected throughout 2025.

The Amplify program is designed to offer well-structured training and hands-on experience in various fields, including audit and assurance, strategy and business design, business tax, and cybersecurity, among others.

Interns will be trained over a 12-week period, allowing them to develop essential interpersonal and leadership skills while gaining practical experience in their chosen professions.

At the conclusion of the program, participants who demonstrate strong potential will be offered opportunities for full-time employment with Deloitte.

Eugene Ho, CEO of Deloitte Southeast Asia, emphasized that the Amplify initiative supports participants in discovering career paths that align with their goals, thereby making a significant impact in today's rapidly changing work environment.

Deloitte, recognized as the world's largest professional services firm, aims to provide interns with global service delivery experience, working with renowned companies across the region.

This underscores Deloitte's commitment to leading the future of professional services.

The program is open to recent graduates from all disciplines, including those with less than three years of work experience, who are interested in exploring careers in professional services.

The initiative also aims to foster partnerships with academic institutions and the government to support high-potential Thai youth in pursuing meaningful career opportunities.

Dr. Methinee Chongsaritwong, Managing Partner of Deloitte Thailand, stated that investing in talent development not only strengthens Deloitte's capabilities but also ensures long-term advancement for the professional services sector in Thailand.

The Amplify program builds on existing strategies for talent acquisition and employee development, complementing Deloitte's Inspires initiative, which targets undergraduate interns.

Additionally, the Amplify program aligns with Deloitte Global's WorldClass initiative, which aims to empower 100 million people worldwide by 2030 through investments in education and skills development.

In Southeast Asia, Deloitte is committed to significantly impacting the lives of 5 million people in the region through educational initiatives, skill enhancement, and employment opportunities.

Applications for the Amplify program are now open, with internships scheduled to commence between May and August 2025. Interested candidates can find more information and apply via Deloitte's dedicated Amplify internship website until March 30, 2025.
