Paradise Park Unveils Health & Wellness Destination Initiative

Paradise Park Unveils Health & Wellness Destination Initiative

New comprehensive health services aim to enhance lifestyle choices and improve overall well-being.
Paradise Park has launched an initiative to establish a Health & Wellness Destination, enhancing its reputation as a premier health services provider and expanding its offerings to meet diverse customer needs.

This move is aimed at reinforcing the shopping center's position as a comprehensive health hub, addressing the evolving health and lifestyle requirements of its customers.

As part of this initiative, Paradise Park has aligned its strategy with the concept of 'Living in Harmony,' focusing on a balanced approach to living well—emphasizing good nutrition, a healthy lifestyle, and overall well-being.

This new direction involves a holistic health service that integrates not only treatment but also preventive care, wellness, rehabilitation, and health promotion within the Srinakarin area.

The Chief Marketing Officer of MBK Public Company Limited, the management firm behind Paradise Park, noted that customer behavior and health needs were thoroughly analyzed before these new concepts were developed.

The research indicated a collective interest in proactive health management, prompting the introduction of numerous clinics to provide convenient access to health services alongside everyday living.

Currently, Paradise Park houses over 50 health-related facilities, including contemporary medical practices, alternative medicine, a comprehensive cosmetic center, and various health-focused stores.

Specifically, the third floor accommodates health and wellness services across 17,014 square meters, with more than 60% of this area dedicated to health offerings.

Among the featured services is the Premium Ramathibodi Health Space clinic, a collaboration with Ramathibodi Hospital, which extends comprehensive health services outside of hospital settings.

This initiative allows residents access to specialized medical care from various fields, including internal medicine, pediatrics, orthopedics, gynecology, rehabilitation medicine, and sleep clinics, without necessitating travel into the city.

The facility is designed to cater to over 300 patients daily, and since its opening a year ago, it has seen positive feedback from both local and international visitors.

In addition to the general health services, Paradise Park boasts specialized clinics such as Rehabz By Chersery Home, providing advanced physical therapy akin to hospital standards.

Other options include SOROT Clinic, focused on migraine and chronic muscle pain treatments through deep acupressure and muscle restructuring techniques, and wellness care through integrative medicine at wellness clinics that prioritize natural therapies alongside conventional treatments.

Other notable offerings include a leading health and beauty center that provides aging-related and preventive medical care, including advanced methods such as Colon Hydrotherapy and Enhanced External Counterpulsation (EECP) for heart health.

Plans are also in place to inaugurate a dialysis center in the second quarter of the year, marking Paradise Park as the first shopping center in Thailand to offer such services, equipped to accommodate 16 patients simultaneously, eligible for social security and 30-baht healthcare scheme benefits.

Moreover, the intent behind diversifying health partnerships, enhancing dining options, and introducing various community events is to generate increased foot traffic within the shopping center.

Currently, Paradise Park attracts an average of 40,000 to 50,000 visitors daily, with this figure increasing by 15% during special events.

The customer demographic primarily consists of families and seniors, who generally exhibit high purchasing power, averaging around 3,000 baht per transaction, which rises by approximately 10% during events.

The engagement of community-based events significantly impacts visitor numbers and stimulates retail sales.

Consequently, carefully tailored and appealing event designs, featuring popular trends, are crucial in attracting and satisfying customers.

Regular highlights include the 'Young & Wise Club,' which serves as a community gathering for seniors, and monthly free performances of traditional Thai dance, contributing to cultural preservation and drawing positive public interest.

Incorporating health trends, Paradise Park also conducts health-related events featuring specialists from partnered clinics, offering workshops and knowledge-sharing opportunities.

Collaborations with academic institutions and universities further enrich the experience, hosting various competitions such as robotics, chess, crossword puzzles, and card games for recreational engagement.

Paradise Park's comprehensive transformation not only reflects a strategic repositioning but enhances customer experiences centered around health, vitality, and community engagement within a unified lifestyle destination.
