The incident took place in Tambon Choeng Thale of Thalang district at 2:18am.
The assailants were on two motorcycles, and according to security officer Korchem Nukul, the passenger on the first motorcycle fired a single shot at the restaurant wall before fleeing.
Police have provided limited details, identifying the suspects only as Westerners.
