Bangchak Secures Global MIKE Award for Innovation in Energy Sector

Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited has been awarded the Global Most Innovative Knowledge Enterprise (MIKE) Award for the third consecutive year, recognizing its excellence in knowledge management and innovation within the energy sector.
The award was presented at the Global MIKE Award: KIMPACT Forum 2025, held at The Sukhothai Bangkok Hotel.
Miss Busaba Maphobphan, Vice President, Human Resources Management, Corporate Management, and Organization Development, accepted the honour on behalf of the company.
This accolade acknowledges Bangchak's dedication to fostering human capital, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing, and driving workplace innovation.

The selection process for the 2024 Global MIKE Award involved an international panel of 36 experts from 24 countries, with Bangchak being one of 18 distinguished organizations recognized this year.
Other recipients included Tata Chemicals from India, the Airport Authority from Hong Kong SAR, the Municipality and Planning Department of Ajman from the UAE, and BINUS University from Indonesia.
Notably, Bangchak was one of only three Thai organizations to receive the award this year.
Established over 25 years ago by The Institute for Knowledge and Innovation Southeast Asia (IKI-SEA) in collaboration with the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, the Global MIKE Award has set benchmarks for excellence in knowledge and innovation management.
The award celebrates organizations that successfully integrate knowledge management to drive innovation in products and services, contributing to sustainable business success.
