Dr. David Pincus, a well-known plastic surgeon from Smithtown, New York, is currently confronted with multiple lawsuits, including accusations of sexual misconduct and performing procedures without consent.

These lawsuits, brought forth by various individuals, allege that Pincus engaged in inappropriate conduct with both staff and patients, such as conducting a vaginal lift without obtaining consent and partaking in sexual harassment.

One former employee, Jaclyn Riker, claims that Pincus made lewd remarks and unwanted physical advances towards her, insisting she refer to him as 'Daddy.' Another patient, Vanessa Soda, asserts that during a tummy tuck surgery in 2021, Pincus performed an unauthorized vaginal lift, which took her by surprise as she had never discussed this type of procedure with him.

She further accuses the doctor of sexual harassment.

In addition, Pincus faces a separate lawsuit from Michelle Armstrong, who alleges that he failed to properly treat an infection after her breast reduction surgery, resulting in serious medical issues.

Pincus has refuted these claims, with his attorney describing them as 'baseless' and implying that there may be a financial incentive behind the lawsuits.

Pincus’ legal representatives have also indicated that 14 witnesses are ready to testify in his defense.
